Cultural Report Writer

A Criminal Advocate

If you need a cultural report writer to help your client build a believable testimony to bring to Court, look no further than Real Life Reports.

Our company was founded by Adam Palmer, a passionate cultural report writer and criminal advocate, who decided to incorporate what he learnt at university into a career. To produce a cultural report we organise an interview with the defendant. We do this by either arranging a telephone interview, a face-to-face interview at the prison the defendant is located, a face-to-face interview at a local Corrections Centre while the defendant is on bail, or a video call interview. During the interview process, we ask defendants a series of questions involving their background, the offending, their support and how they are going to address their offending.

Our process of writing a cultural report can take anywhere from five days to three weeks. During this time we may also interview defendant's whānau to obtain more in-depth knowledge of the defendant. Our reports are always appropriately formatted for the Court and is in logical order.

Our company is run by one individual with the goal of developing the business to be able to produce higher volumes of work and working with more lawyers. The mission of the business is to help those in need tell their story to the Crown in a way that is detailed and comprehensive.
